Delivery Options

When will my products be delivered?

After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email with the subject 'Thank you for your purchase at The London Homeware Company. If you haven't received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within 3 to 5 working days, then please contact customerservice@thelondonhomewarecompany.co.uk.


International Standard Delivery

Please note, international delivery is subject to availability of service, accessibility to property, local customs costs/regulations, transport mode & shipment size.

Europe: Up to 10 working days - from £20*
USA & Canada: Up to 10 working days - from £20*

What if I am not in during my delivery? 

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

All prices included on this site are inclusive of VAT and the price excludes delivery costs.

In some cases, delivery to areas such as Cornwall, the Scottish Highlands and non-mainland UK addresses, may incur additional delivery charges.

Where any such charges apply one of our sales team will contact the Customer with details of the additional charges.
